RPM Tech was recognized as a champion of manufacturing in 2022 in the workforce category. An internal team developed a workshop to give hands on experience to middle and high school students in engineering and manufacturing. The first workshop was held in the spring with Caver High School student, part of Baltimore Public Schools manufacturing program. Here is the team with the awards handed at the 2022 Maryland Manufacturing Celebration and the giveaway they made for the students.
