RPM Tech started laser cutting and engraving a few years ago. While the capability was valuable. it was also limited. We have purchased two lasers for the shop The first one is a large format laser cutter. The laser already processed dozens of custom parts, many of them bent on our #hydraulicbrake, from 1 mm thick aluminum to 4 mm stainless steel, acrylics, wood laminates… and so much more to come. This allows us to quickly prototype complex accurate #sheetmetal enclosures and bracket up to 4 ft x 8 ft… in minutes!

We also purchased a laser engraver allowing various processes including the elegant anodize removal of cosmetic plates.

Our capabilities now allow for even faster turn around on prototypes as part of the overall product development.
